My belief as a life coach is that true transformation results from addressing all aspects of our well-being. While mindset shifts and emotional breakthroughs often changed my clients' lives, their physical health often hindered them from thriving.
In the process, I realized something profound: Nutrition and individualized fitness knowledge are the cornerstones of holistic wellness.
Here’s why I decided to become a nutritionist and fitness trainer:
